The Challenge
Although the company was already using email marketing through Klaviyo, the results fell short of expectations. Their collaboration with the previous partner lacked structure: there was little project-based work, no clear strategy, and much of the potential remained untapped. They needed a partner that was not only technically strong but also came with a concrete action plan, ranging from quick wins to valuable long-term improvements.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on the website was another challenge. While there were plenty of ideas, the time and capacity to implement them independently were lacking. What was needed was speed, structure, and a fresh external perspective. Polaris Growth was brought in to elevate both email marketing and website performance, with the goal of increasing conversions, improving the customer experience, and building a more sustainable foundation for growth.
In collaboration with the team, we made significant progress in both email marketing and website optimization. For email marketing, we completely revamped the existing flows in Klaviyo and supplemented them with new, data-driven campaigns tailored to customer behavior and needs. A deliberate choice was made to use a tone that is both professional and friendly.
Alongside the email strategy, we began conversion optimization on the website. Although there was initial hesitation, it quickly became clear that there was substantial potential for improvement. Multiple A/B tests were conducted in a short time, directly impacting key metrics such as conversion rates and click behavior. Optimizations included menu structure, content order, and even small adjustments like font size, all aimed at enhancing the user experience.
What characterizes this collaboration is the structured, project-based approach. By maintaining weekly contact and continuously testing and adjusting, we are creating not only quick wins but also sustainable long-term growth together.

The Results

The collaboration with Polaris Growth delivered exceptional results for our client. Within just one quarter, attributed revenue through Klaviyo increased by an impressive 161%, accounting for 21% of the total webshop revenue, nearly doubling its share.
The email campaigns truly stood out, with explosive growth of 801% in campaign revenue. The email and SMS flows were also a major success, driving a 92% increase in revenue, with revenue per send tripling from $1.14 to $3.48. On an annual basis, total store revenue grew by 192%, while flow revenue increased by 122%.
