Indisha started my search for pure cosmetic brands. It turned out to be not easy to find these brands. If this were true for me, this would certainly apply to many other people like me - busy jobs, limited time, aware, in favor of organic, but beautiful luxury products that work-. I also like to check out the list of ingredients for many products to check if a product is really pure, but that's a trick on my part, which usually hardly anyone has the time or desire to do. Because I want everyone to have healthy, beautiful organic cosmetics products, but wanted to save me the search I had done for each product, I left my work as a successful independent marketing specialist behind me and created a hospitable, warm place with the most beautiful and purest cosmetic products in the world with INDISHA, pure cosmetics & co.

De Uitdaging
Indisha grew more than 100% online last year. That is a nice step, but the conversion rate had fallen. That could be better.
You can put a lot of money into Google and other marketing channels, but if the conversion is too low, you're actually losing a lot of budget.
It's pointless. We work - satisfactorily - with a marketing agency for performance campaigns. However, conversion was not a specialty of this other agency. Omar gave a lecture about conversion optimization. After the lecture, I contacted Omar to see what was possible.
We started setting up Klaviyo. For the first phase of our collaboration, I noticed that the webshop was also looked at strategically from the start. Things you know but don't always think about. Polaris Growth is a great sparring partner for me, especially because I do a lot myself. With a quick analysis, they get through issues. This way, you can get started quickly with execution and implementation. Not just words, but actions. Much has been done in a short time.

I really like the collaboration. That's also why I've decided to enter into a growth partnership with Polaris. Polaris Growth is a sparring partner who thinks along and is honest and direct. You can continue with that. The men are open to questions and feedback. I also like the fact that they are strategically strong. My Facebook/Google desk is more tactical. During this interview, we are working to make the changes. The result is not immediately reflected in my overall turnover yet, but that may also be due to the vacation period. I do see an increase in purchases from returning customers. The average order value has also increased.
The turnover as a whole has not increased yet, compared to the period before the start of our cooperation (because YTD does grow). That's also because I have a number of things that I'm working on to do. The webshop looks much better, so it can be seen that clear steps are being taken.
